1. What kind of products do you sell?

We specialize in Miami University-inspired apparel and accessories. This includes polos, t-shirts, hoodies, long-sleeve shirts, leggings, and more — all featuring retired or nostalgic logos and designs from Miami and Oxford's history.

2. Are these official Miami University products?

Our products celebrate the history and tradition of Miami University, but they are independently designed and produced. We focus on logos and designs that are no longer in active use, so you can enjoy nostalgic styles that aren’t available anywhere else.

3. How do I know my order will fit?

Each product includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your favorite clothing item and comparing it to our chart to ensure a perfect fit.

4. Do you offer products for both men and women?

Yes! We create apparel for all alumni and fans, including men’s, women’s, and unisex styles. Many of or t-shirts and hoodies are unisex, but we have lines that are designed specifically also.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Because we use print-on-demand (POD) services, most orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and current demand. We ask if you have a specific event in mind, to please plan ahead. The POD services can become extra busy during the holiday season, so plan additional 2 weeks to be safe during this time period.

6. Can I customize my order?

Currently, our products are pre-designed using nostalgic Miami logos and themes. We hope to offer customization options in the future, so stay tuned! If you have specific requests, please reach out via our email 1809apparel@gmail.com or our contact us page to discuss. We can add specific names, graduation dates - customization charges may apply.

7. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the personalized and print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review sizes and product details carefully before ordering.

8. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! We occasionally offer special promotions. You can also receive a one-time 15% discount by sharing your photo wearing our merchandise along with your story — if we feature it on our website or social media.

10. Can I share my Miami story with your brand?

Absolutely! We love hearing from our community. Share your photos, memories, or stories with us. Selected submissions may be featured on our website or social media, and you’ll receive a 15% discount for your next purchase if your story is chosen.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we hope to expand international shipping in the future.
